In here we met, we work together, and the future belongs to us, the window towards the world is opened for us. We gathered here with different stories, different personalities, and different inspirations, and we strive for a brighter future.
LOGO DESIGN / YANMAR PROJECT
This project is in collaboration with YANMAR Co., Ltd., aiming to plan the Osaka Umeda urban area for the next 30-50 years.
The main stage is a large triangle area near the Osaka station, Umeda area, as shown in the figure below. Our mission is to design a vitality, futuristic logo with a Japanese color scheme for the project.
LOGO DESIGN / YANMAR PROJECT
After observation, I found that this area is a neat obtuse triangle, close to the Osaka station. It is a golden area for business development.
This triangle property is very attractive to me, I want this urban plan to have a unique and characteristic logo that can be remembered. Therefore, I put the obtuse triangle shape into the logo design. The shape is also reminiscent of the play button, indicates the future will come like a music play, everlasting and full of excitement.
In the Asunomachi (明日の町) of Umeda Osaka, everything will be vibrant and prosperous. In here, we will enjoy the glorious sunshine, the azure sky, and the fresh air.
SPECTRUM VISUAL DESIGN
Through the static state, I want to make the picture move and make a visual change.
CAFFE BENE / LOGO DESIGN
On the very first assignment, a familiar scene instantly comes to my mind, that is, on a sunny afternoon, friends sat at the coffee shop table and chatted about recent events. I thus decided to use the circle as the main element for the logo, which represents the round table in the coffee shop. Since the shades of yellow, like coffee beans and sunlight, give the impression of warmth, thereby yellow was selected as regards the color design.
TOKYO RAINBOW NUTS / LOGO DESIGN
The soil, water and light are indispensable for plant growth. It is necessary to highlight the concept of “rainbow” in the name of the nut logo. When the rain stopped and the sun came out, then a rainbow appeared spanning the sky. People usually connect plants with the color of green. Therefore, I chose it as the main tone of the logo. The vigorous plants need to be well-cultivated, so a shadow was added behind the symbol rainbow. It represents that the growth of nuts cannot be separated from daily care, so that they can grow in a healthy environment that affluent in nutrients, moisture and light.
WE ARE TCA / HANABI / POSTER
We cuddled with each other at a Hanabi show. The fireworks in the sky are like those beautiful things happened in our life. The blossom of the fireworks are like hugs, lift us, warm our hearts, and give us hope. We gathered here to enjoy the beauty at the moment, even though it is fleeting, just like the ever-changing life, but we will keep on going forward, and have the best to come in the end.
